I am a Career Analyst, Psychologist and Certified Learning and Development Professional. I have post-graduation in MA Psychology and MBA in Finance along with Certifications in Corporate Training, NLP, Character Profiling, Child psychology and Psychometric Assessment. Coming with an empowering leadership and education experience in India and Abroad with Multi-National Companies has supported me to enhance my skills to facilitate, mentor and counsel individuals. I believe in sharing my knowledge and skills contributing to individual’s development with an empathetic approach. This has empowered 5000 plus people through facilitation and counselling. I have conducted over 200 plus workshops on various life and soft skills in Educational Institutions and Corporates. I am an Artist using different mediums and provide art classes in Mandala Art for children and individuals which helps to build concentration, focus and well-being. My art has been displayed in Art Galleries and I have won Silver Award in “Power of Woman” online competition 2024 by Manikarnika Art Gallery.
